A small, wrapped box is sitting on the kitchen table. What's sitting next to it may not be silver, but it is cuddly. With them is a simple note:

Hannibal will again display his skills at breaking into his girlfriend's house in the middle of the night, this time not to surprise her with the romantic gesture, but to give her time to think without his presence. He leaves her a little fugitive of her own to keep her company when he can't be around. Nestled beside him is a small box.

When Jenna wakes in the morning, she'll discover that Hannibal had bypassed her security system in the wee hours of the morning and let himself in. The only trace of it, however, will be a box on her kitchen table, a single rose laying on top of it. Inside one of the compartments she'll find a simple necklace.

I was listening to this song, and started wondering what Hannibal would be like with a teenage daughter. This is what my mind came up with. Other characters used without permission but with lots of love.
